Learning Attacks

So your wondering how to learn attacks, well its actually quite a simple process. You may think, well its word count, and you'd be partially right. Here, we base attacks on your Powerlevel, or rather your PL. At certain PL levels, or milestones, you can learn attacks. Learning these attacks is as simple as picking them off our list, and then updating your character stat page to reflect them.

Learning Attacks based on Power Level

• 150,000
  
• 200,000

You can learn at each of these levels
2 level 1, 1 level 2
OR
1 level 3

At 10,000 PL (10,20,30,40, 50, 60,70,80,90 and 100,000)
You can learn a level 4 attack, OR 2 level three's.

NOTE: Sometimes they cross paths, such as 20,000, you can learn both a level 4 and 2 level 1, a level 2 or 1 level 3

However, at 100,000, it becomes every 100,000 that you learn a level 4, until you reach 500,000

At 500,000 PL, you should be pretty comfortable, however, sometimes you might want to try something new, in which case, at every 100,000 you can trade out 3 of your attacks, for 3 new ones. of any level, but only 3 at a time please

Exception: There is a small exception for this and it is only applied when someone teaches you a technique (the technique you are learning must be custom). So learning a custom technique from someone else is not limited by this rule, meaning you can learn an unlimited ammount of techniques.
