Personality: Android 23 is well, he's a smart man. If one was categorize him, it would be he would fall under the Lawful Evil conundrum. Being an organic Android gives him rise too certain set program functions which he loathes to admit. The first being his honorable nature when it comes to his word, which rightly so means that once given, he strives towards keep his word. However, he often uses that to his advantage, much like a lawyer wrangling out of a contract. He has created a well-ordered system on his home star and will further the agenda as such, he shows a combination of desirable and undesirable traits; while they usually obey their superiors and keep their word, they care nothing for the rights and freedoms of other individuals and are not averse to twisting the rules to work in their favor. Simply put, Android 23 is out to become powerful and will do everything in his power to secure his returning graces.

History

Android 23 was created on Earth by Dr. Redious, Red Ribben Commandery . His creator was one of the warlord Dr. Geros generals. Dr. Redious held the rank of Colonel Who Scruples Surpass None, and continued serving the new lord Android 17 after the death of Dr. Gero. Android 23 was sent out during the in house fighting, in order to keep the Android from getting hurt. Only later did Android 23 learn Dr. Redious had died, did Android 23 return for reprogramming. The reprogram was simple, rebuild the Red Ribbon Army, and conquer the Saiyan race.
