Her training routine was rather simple, she would run for one quarter mile, do ten push ups and then ten sit ups and then twenty push ups and then twenty sit ups and then thirty press ups and then thirty sit up and then forty press ups and then forty sit ups and finally fifty press ups and then fifty sit ups, and then continue to run for another quarter mile. At each stop she would count to ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty and the push ups would require extra force due to the close diamond clap. This essentially worked a large part of her body, which included her arms and her core, her back, and her legs. With the routine, she would be able to train his body in entire, nearly all at the same time. 'Alright.. I have my weights, my gear.. I believe I am ready.. Lets start..' she thought, and mumbled slightly out loud. Her feet pressed down against the ground, and she began a moderate speed run. She kept her breath steady and consistant, ensuring maximum efficiency to her circulation system as she moved across the ground.
Reaching the forested area's edge, there was a trail that led right through it. Large trees engulfed her surroundings and a light breeze blew through the gap made by the path. The sun was much dimmer in this area, and as Emi reached the forest edge to enter the forest, her eyes glanced around. Beautiful tree canopys and marvelous plants where everywhere. How someone placed so many different ecosystems in the training area was beyond her, it must have been some special act of a god. The floor outside the path was covered in a light layer of grass. Fern plants and other bush or forest floor growing vegetation was present. Berries grew along the path, and it was likely they were in season. Strange yellow flowered plants could be seen scattered fluently though the forest.
The light breeze blew against her back gently. It would normally press her blue shirt against her back as she moved, but the heavy strapped weights already kept it tight in place. Her heavy black boots did not wear down very easily, and were ideal for this sort of training. Listening to the birds sing a song so passionate, she came to her first one quarter mile stop. She dropped down slowly, getting in the push up position, and lifted a few times quickly to stretch her body. Then, with strong slow motions, she pressed her body up and counted, "One..". Her elbows came nearly straightened as her hands made a 'clap' sound, and then caught the ground once more her chest just above the ground. She continued, "Two.." 'clap' "Three.." 'clap' "Four.." 'clap' "Five.." 'clap' "Six.." 'clap' "Seven" 'clap' "Eight" 'clap' "Nine" 'clap' "Ten" 'clap'. Next was the sit ups in her set. She sat on the ground and arced her knees before pulling her body up. "One". "Two". "Three". "Four". "Five". "Six". "Seven". "Eight" "Nine", "Ten. She switched to the press ups again and began the set of twenty and so on and so forth, thirty, forty and finally fifty.
Standing slowly, she stretched up to the sky once more, and began her moderate run once more. Though her claps were loud, and echoed somewhat through the trees, the birds still sand and none of the forest life was disturbed. Her feet hit the ground in almost perfect succession, left, right, left, right, and so on, a steady pace. The way she moved ensured maximum efficiency so she could continue running for miles and miles. A bit tiring, running was one of her favorite things to do. There was other things to do that kept her body in the finely toned shape it was but she enjoyed the scenic mellowness this brought. The tone structure, a perfect mold created by precise training and efficient work outs. To be a real warrior, you had to be in shape. To be as good as her brother, you had to be twice as much so.
Reaching the forest's edge, Emil noted the next area was a valley. She dropped down slowly, getting in the push up position, and lifted a few times quickly to stretch her body out from the next short run. Than, with strong slow motions just like before, she pressed her body up and counted, "One..". She pushed upwards leaving the ground once more and hands coming together in mid air before she touched down again leading into the next. She continued, "Two.." 'clap' "Three.." 'clap' "Four.." 'clap' "Five.." 'clap' "Six.." 'clap' "Seven" 'clap' "Eight" 'clap' "Nine" 'clap' "Ten" 'clap'. Moving again to the sit ups she pulled her body up tensing her abs. "One". "Two". "Three". "Four". "Five". "Six". "Seven". "Eight" "Nine", "Ten. The routine continued to the end and standing again, she started her pace up and began to move through the valley whilst enjoying the views around her. It was a good way to train her body.
